Calvary is in the midst of an exciting phase in our life as a church. We have adopted the statement, Do justice, Love kindness, Walk humbly; we like to just say, ‘Do, Love, Walk!’ as it’s a statement we can take with us into the community.  We invite you to join us as we discover God working through our Doing, Loving, and Walking! Some of our outreach ministries are listed below. If you know of someone who has a need we can help with please send them our way! Living Manna - EVERY WEDNESDAY!!!

Living Manna (which is another name for a FREE HOT MEAL) is one of our newer ministries to those who are hungry.  There is no qualifier so come and join us on each Wednesday of the month between 5 and 6 pm. We look forward to seeing you for a great hot meal.

SOS - Seeds of Success after school program

Calvary has partnered with New Hope Ministries to provide this ministry on Mondays and Wednesdays. The program is administered by New Hope Ministries and includes volunteers from Calvary UMC Lemoyne. In the beginning the program will be for 1st through 5th grades and will run from the time the elementary school lets out to 5:30.  We will offer pick up, a light snack, recreational activities, time for homework with TUTORING available, life skills, devotions, and prayer time, etc.  We will also do craft projects, and possibly community service projects. Clothing Closet/Free Hot Lunch

We also offer a free clothing closet and free lunch on the third Saturday of each month at 11:00 am. 

If you need a suit or a pair of jeans, not to mention clothing for your new baby or fast growing toddler, come and go through our large selection of free clothing. And while you’re at it enjoy a hot lunch on us! 

Clean, gently used clothing is accepted at the church by calling the church office at 717-737-6921 or get in touch with Gwyn Richards at 717-761-4841. We are always in need of infant clothing. 

Think about how much more room  you will have in your closets!
